Job Summary

Act as a business partner within the RTR team, owning month-end close quality and delivering accurate IFRS-based reporting. Perform P&L and balance sheet analytical reviews, explain variances, and support changes to accounting policies and estimates. Partner with internal and external auditors, identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization, and contribute to finance projects while collaborating closely with stakeholders across Pandora’s global organization.

•Serve as a trusted advisor using advanced accounting and financial reporting knowledge, proposing solutions.
•Ensure high-quality reported figures and accurate financial processes based on IFRS.
•Oversee the quality and timeliness of the month-end closing process.
•Conduct P&L and balance sheet analytical reviews and explain fluctuations.
•Cooperate with internal and external auditors and contribute to process improvements, standardization, and finance projects.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting (external audit, GBS, SSC and/or supporting functions preferred).

•Very good understanding of financial reporting standards (IFRS).
•Fluent in English and at least communicative in Polish.
