Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of professional thermal design and analysis experience for electronic appliances.
  • •Hands-on experience with Icepak, FloTHERM, SmartCFD, and high power (>800W) SoC liquid cooling thermal models and system-level analysis.
  • •Cold plate liquid cooling design and analysis, including open/closed loop liquid cooling and CDU design at rack or facility level.
  • •Numerical modeling using CFD and FEA, including convergence, discretization, and meshing, plus knowledge of heat transfer modes.
  • •Ability to run engineering experiments and correlate mechanical/thermal validation tests with computational results.
