Job Summary

Own and scale Deliveroo’s UKI rider onboarding ecosystem, improving hub performance and expanding in-person onboarding spaces to meet real-time marketplace demand. Partner with Rider Support, Product, and Onboarding teams to troubleshoot operational issues and translate on-the-ground insights into system enhancements. Lead field onboarding across the UKI, address rider supply constraints, and execute seasonal supply campaigns while managing a strategic 12-month delivery roadmap.

•Optimize physical Rider Onboarding Hubs to improve operational efficiency before, during, and after daily sessions.
•Design and operationalise expansion of onboarding spaces across the UKI using standardised systems to maintain service quality.
•Architect and execute the 12-month delivery plan for in-person onboarding, balancing expansion with time and cost efficiencies.
•Travel extensively across the UKI to lead face-to-face onboarding sessions and support regional hub operations.
•Target and eliminate rider supply deficits in hard-to-source zones using demand forecasting, and lead tactical seasonal supply campaigns.

•Proven operational experience in technology, start-ups, food delivery logistics, or direct experience as a Deliveroo Rider.
•Strong autonomy and resilience to work independently in the field and adapt to changing operational priorities.
•Ability to manage stakeholders with empathetic listening, communication skills, and influence across internal product teams and candidate groups.
•Valid UKI driving licence and access to your own vehicle for underserved locations, with flexibility to travel early and late.
•Professional proficiency in Portuguese or Arabic (nice to have).
