Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with peers and apply technical expertise to resolve customer issues through outstanding on-site support.
  • •Triage issues with direction from Dell support.
  • •Execute the plan of action from Dell Domain Engineer/L3, communicating via Teams, email, and phone.
  • •Reseat, swap, or replace parts and upgrade firmware as needed.
  • •Document POA results, logs, and service reports (including parts numbers/PPID of old/new parts replaced) and upload diagnostics logs.

  • •5+ years of professional experience, plus an Associate's Degree in a technical discipline or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • •Experience delivering technical field services supporting hardware and software at client sites.
  • •Experience in a customer-facing role, including reporting and presenting to all levels of the organization.
  • •Experience working in large, concentrated client deployments of assets, including networking and fiber.
  • •Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs waist high to replace components on server stacks.
