Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • •Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
  • •Focus on cross-selling and engage in outside sales activities such as presentations, sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
  • •Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals; provide guidance to CSRs on sales/referral processes and answer customer questions while owning issues.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferable skills or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer/small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through NMLS.
