Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver healthcare strategy and planning advisory services of varying scope and breadth as part of a team.
  • •Contribute to developing healthcare planning expertise, processes, and procedures to support quality-assured service delivery.
  • •Provide technical inputs to projects including strategic analysis, demand and capacity modelling, models of care, and related planning work.
  • •Support clinical and operational strategy development projects and contribute to tools/methods used by WSP.
  • •Contribute to new business development through support in preparing tender responses and delivering presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Working knowledge of health services and/or health facilities and ability to provide technical inputs across projects.
  • •Experience supporting strategic analysis and demand/capacity modelling, including contributing to models of care and design reviews.
  • •Ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels through meetings and workshops, including clinical stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • •Very good writing skills to produce reports, briefs, and contributions to business cases.
  • •Data analytics skills to apply models assessing health service needs and demand at different levels and scales.
