Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with senior Sales leadership and the Director of Sales Strategy & Operations to drive annual planning for EMEA, including headcount modeling, territory carving, and quota setting.
  • •Support EMEA Sales leadership with pipeline and forecast reviews and provide analysis on key sales metrics and KPIs.
  • •Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, compiling insights from sales data to support revenue trends.
  • •Identify and manage process and system improvements with the Global Sales Operations team, acting as a Salesforce power user to automate workflows and reduce admin burden for reps.
  • •Provide front-line operational support to EMEA Sales and the broader revenue organization and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Channel, Deal Desk, and Finance to solve operational challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • •Strong analytical and business intelligence skills, including reporting, data manipulation, and dashboard creation with insight-driven communication.
  • •Experience managing and executing small regional projects and collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • •Working knowledge of Salesforce and other sales tools such as Clari, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.
  • •Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting findings to VPs and Directors; detail oriented and highly organized.
