Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day governance, optimization, and quality assurance for the enterprise website and related digital properties, including content authoring and publishing.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and identify opportunities to improve digital experiences aligned with business objectives and brand standards.
  • •Maintain website platform stewardship: manage content workflows, publishing standards, roadmap/backlog, and resolution of issues.
  • •Define and maintain site architecture, navigation, taxonomy, and user journeys; leverage CMS capabilities to create reusable content experiences.
  • •Work with vendors/agencies to support testing and platform enhancements; lead accessibility audits/remediation (WCAG 2.2 AA), SEO/GEO/AI-search strategy execution, and conversion optimization, including experimentation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years managing enterprise website platforms, including content authoring/governance, digital experience optimization, UX improvements, SEO, analytics, accessibility, and conversion optimization.
  • •Experience with CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Drupal, or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • •Strong understanding of UX/CX principles and content architecture (taxonomy, navigation, digital governance).
  • •Experience developing and executing SEO strategies, including familiarity with GEO and AEO best practices.
