Job Summary

Provide technical and functional support for ERP/asset management applications, owning investigation and resolution of application incidents and malfunctions while keeping stakeholders informed in line with SLAs. Support analysis, development, and configuration of applications, including testing and prototyping (unit/integration) and validating outcomes. Coordinate testing and production delivery, monitor performance, and contribute to documentation, specifications, and the technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with stakeholder management and user support, maintaining clear communication with customers in line with SLAs for incidents and support requests.
•Own application issue identification and resolution, providing timely responses, recommendations, and continuous improvement solutions.
•Support application analysis, development, and configuration, including assembling modules and adapting software packages to meet business needs.
•Design and execute unit and integration test cases, perform solution prototyping, and validate system outcomes.
•Coordinate testing and production delivery, monitor performance against quality assurance plans, and support service continuity.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience in the Asset Management/ERP Application Support space.
•Experience with Oracle SQL (desirable).
•Experience in the aviation or defence industry (advantageous).
•Hold NV-1 Security Clearance eligibility to be cleared for ITAR regulations.
•Be an Australian citizen and be eligible to obtain and maintain the required defence security clearance.
