Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility systems and equipment including HVAC, electrical/lighting, compressed air, chilled water, pumping systems, and building automation/control.
  • •Assist with troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime and maintain safe operation.
  • •Support upkeep of facilities and the off-site warehouse, including general maintenance, minor construction, painting, carpentry, and plumbing tasks.
  • •Coordinate outside contractors and service providers, monitor/report equipment performance and maintenance needs, and execute scheduled work orders with documentation.
  • •Participate in facility inspections, safety audits, and compliance programs (including HACCP, pollution prevention, and fire safety) and respond to facility emergencies as a first responder.

Key Requirements
