Job Summary

Own the Professional Services vertical product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap to make Unit4 the ERP of choice for mid-market professional services organizations. Lead outcome-focused delivery with dedicated engineering capacity, translate PSO market and AI-driven business model shifts into investment-backed requirements, and define industry solution blueprints. Partner with horizontal PMs and go-to-market teams, validate roadmap direction with customers and the industry board, and track adoption and impact after launch.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Professional Services product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap aligned to Unit4 platform strategy and commercial growth targets.
•Define feature outcomes (adoption, usage, customer impact goals), track performance after launch, and lead a prioritized product backlog with success metrics and quality criteria.
•Serve as internal authority for the Professional Services vertical, enabling product, marketing, analyst relations, and pre-sales teams to position and sell effectively.
•Translate PSO market knowledge into investment-backed product requirements, including opportunity sizing, problem statements, and build-vs-partner decisions.
•Create industry-specific solution blueprints, reference configurations, and pre-built templates to accelerate customer time-to-value, and validate roadmap direction with customers/industry board.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 95,615 - 103,263 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven product management experience building enterprise SaaS for professional services organizations, with experience shipping products used by PSOs.
•Deep operational understanding of how PSOs run, including utilization, billing models, engagement profitability, and partner/shareholder economics.
•Strong command of PSO processes such as project accounting and billing, project planning/execution, time and expense management, and resource planning.
•A clear point of view on how AI is changing professional services business models and what it means for required ERP capabilities.
•Commercial orientation and the ability to drive ARR, win rate, and customer retention through product decisions.
