Job Summary

The Sales Associate drives store sales by delivering the ALO experience and brand mission through authentic guest interactions, deep product knowledge, and education about our community. You will lead with guest service, support in-store initiatives, maintain merchandise flow, and collaborate with leadership to meet and exceed store goals while promoting ALO’s culture of mindfulness and community.

Key Responsibilities

•Impact the business and store environment in a positive manner aligning with store leadership and company goals.
•Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives, while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
•Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly and easy to shop environment.
•Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers.
•Assists in processing shipment and ensuring product flow including but not limited to visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment excellence.
