Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Store Advisors to deliver a customer-focused approach across all store activities.
  • •Supervise customer interactions and ensure adherence to brand standards and service levels.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of product technical specifications and global initiatives, and contribute ideas for merchandising, events, and community activities.
  • •Assist with inventory management tasks, including placing orders, managing fill-in, and maintaining accurate stock levels to meet demand.
  • •Serve as primary contact for store leadership, IT, and Facility Management on operational matters and train the team on BoH processes.
