Job Summary

Lead Americas financial management and governance by running LAM monthly forecasting and actuals, coordinating workforce planning and FRC support, and serving as Americas SRO/ATO lead. Own Americas indirect cost management cadence, partnering with Finance and business stakeholders to monitor spend, surface variances, and deliver decision-ready MI. Collaborate with the Americas Finance COO team to manage governance routines, documentation, risks/issues tracking, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Americas Head of Business Management with disciplined financial management and governance across the Americas.
•Lead Mexico monthly forecasting and actuals by coordinating the forecasting rhythm, validating inputs, and consolidating decision-ready MI, dashboards, and variance commentary.
•Coordinate workforce planning interlock and FRC support by managing headcount approval requests, ensuring accurate reflection in planning tooling, and producing decision support.
•Act as Americas SRO/ATO lead by coordinating governance routines with suppliers and service recipient/contract owner teams, maintaining evidence packs, and tracking risks/issues to closure.
•Own Americas indirect cost management cadence by partnering with stakeholders to monitor spend, forecast outcomes, identify variances, and drive alignment through concise updates.

•Experience coordinating monthly reporting cycles (actuals and forecast) and producing leadership-ready MI.
•Strong ability to interpret data, explain variances, identify drivers, and articulate implications and actions.

•Comfort working with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan), Excel, and PowerPoint to build packs and reconcile data.
•Practical experience operating within governance and control frameworks, with strong attention to detail and version control.
