Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and follow the daily work schedule.
  • •Communicate schedule needs to the Job Setter to ensure materials are on hand and verify inventories.
  • •Check specifications and necessary drawings for proper machine set ups.
  • •Assemble capacitor units using banding machines, crimpers, and other small hand tools as needed.
  • •Meet department goals for Safety and Productivity, ensure compliance to Quality Procedures (including Quality Alert items), follow Visual Operating Procedures (VOP), and complete 5S+ activities daily.

Key Requirements

  • •Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Corporate Sponsorship.
  • •Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Greenwood, South Carolina; no relocation will be provided.
  • •Be proficient in slitting, cutting, and folding major insulation paper.
  • •Work closely with the Group Leader, Job Setter, and Production Supervisor to maintain Safety, Production, and Quality requirements.
  • •1 year manufacturing experience (preferred).
