Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage NPI taskforces across Alpha fab pilot and Beta fab ramp, including sampling/SWR management, NPI hold management, and capacity/path expansion planning.
  • •Develop and maintain NPI tool release schedule tracking, tool spread strategy, topo wafer management, B type wafer requirement planning, and output projection with NPI boundary/wafer start planning.
  • •Create and validate theoretical production models, including cycle-time models for higher fab complexity, priority lot cross-cycle-time models, and sensitivity analysis (investment, P2P gap).
  • •Enhance production model development by leveraging artificial intelligence to improve efficiency.
  • •Own priority lot management and related planning activities such as EFF simulation, racetrack cycle time target setup, quota & x-factor planning, lot performance tracking, and MAS/scheduling function enhancement.
