Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, secure, and monitor supply chain and sourcing NPI and industrialization deliverables in the Product Generation Process (PGP).
  • •Identify and manage supply chain risks, assessing material availability including supplier move-rate capabilities and long-leadtime items.
  • •Drive, monitor, and report-out on the Cost of Goods roadmap vs. target in close collaboration with SS&P clusters/commodities and supplier account teams.
  • •Prepare yearly OPEX/CAPEX forecasts and manage spend within budget for supplier NRE and tooling/packaging.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers using early supplier involvement and concurrent engineering to secure introduction timelines, manage the critical path, and solve QLTC issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical or Supply Chain Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •Minimum of 6 years’ relevant work experience in an NPI environment, preferably in a high-tech industry.
  • •Proven track record in project management and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • •Proven track record to improve efficiency and effectiveness in technical production environments.
  • •Experience interfacing with suppliers on industrialization targets; previous sourcing experience highly preferred.
