Serve as a technical anchor for production reliability by designing, scaling, and maintaining core AWS infrastructure. Define SLOs/SLIs with product teams, troubleshoot incidents end-to-end, and drive blameless postmortems through on-call ownership. Build internal self-service infrastructure tooling and enable engineers to deploy safely and quickly. Support agentic AI workloads in production while using modern cloud, automation, and observability tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and maintain core AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code with a focus on high availability, low latency, and capacity planning.
•Collaborate with product teams to define SLOs/SLIs, advocate for operational best practices, and guide system architecture.
•Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack, participate in on-call rotations, and lead blameless postmortems.
•Build internal self-service tooling so developers can manage and deploy infrastructure safely.
•Explore and integrate emerging practices, including supporting agentic AI workloads in production.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or systems infrastructure supporting production environments at scale.
•Strong software engineering fundamentals with deep systems expertise (“T-Shaped” generalist).
•Proficiency in at least one modern language (Go, Python, Ruby, Java, or Kotlin) and familiarity with TDD/BDD testing practices.
•Hands-on production experience with AWS, Docker, ECS/Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/Jenkins).
•Ability to own complex system challenges, translate business needs into technical designs, and mentor peers.
