Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary point of contact for clients, including onboarding, account setup, ongoing communications, inbound inquiries, and client notes.

  • •Monitor and manage inventory and account activity across AutoIMS, LaneLink, and third-party platforms.
  • •Investigate and resolve client concerns by partnering with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • •Analyze operational trends and recommend proactive process improvements; prepare and maintain operational reports and performance metrics.

Key Requirements
