Job Summary

Contribute to deploying Sephora’s quality assurance requirements for a portfolio of brands across Europe. You coordinate brand onboarding and product listing, manage receipt and microbiological testing with external labs, maintain GMP and social audit documentation, and ensure product release across retail and online channels. You also monitor customer dissatisfaction and non-conformities, track corrective actions and compensation requests, and support quality performance monitoring and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Deploy Sephora’s quality process with monitored brands in Europe, including brand onboarding and compliance with Sephora requirements.
•Coordinate receipt of finished product samples and manage microbiological testing with external laboratory partners.
•Maintain up-to-date GMP certificates and social audit reports (including organizing social audits when required).
•Monitor customer dissatisfaction and non-conformities, drive resolution with brands, and support complaint record keeping and compensation request tracking.
•Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, define sampling plans for new references, and contribute to formalizing and updating the quality team’s documentation and procedures.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in quality assurance/quality control or supplier quality, ideally in cosmetics or other regulated/consumer goods industries.
•Rigorous, autonomous, and proactive with the ability to propose practical solutions.
•Strong analytical and synthesis skills to consolidate and report information.
•Demonstrated adaptability and openness to change.
•Good understanding of the regulatory framework for cosmetic products and proficiency in English and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
