Job Summary

Support the SAP XDI module within the SAP FSRI ecosystem by processing insurance bureau and broker messages in ACORD format, troubleshooting data interchange and document exchange errors, and monitoring XDI performance. Help ensure end-to-end workflows by supporting SAP FSRI reinsurance, claims, and accounting, and maintaining integration between FSRI and XDI. Collaborate with onshore teams with required overlap for U.S. stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide first-line support for SAP XDI application issues, including processing insurance bureau and broker messages in ACORD format.
•Troubleshoot document interchange and data interchange errors to ensure accurate and timely data exchange.
•Monitor SAP XDI system performance and proactively resolve issues to prevent processing disruptions.
•Support SAP FSRI functionalities, including reinsurance contracts, claims processing, and accounting.
•Maintain integration between FSRI and XDI modules and collaborate with onshore teams with 2–3 hours of U.S. overlap.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of SAP experience, preferably with SAP XDI or SAP Finance modules.
•Basic understanding of SAP FSRI and XDI modules and their functionalities.
•Foundational knowledge of ACORD messaging, including bureau and broker message integration.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
•Exposure to SAP implementation or production support projects is a plus.
