  • •Assist the Director – Income Tax in coordinating and managing the Corporate Income Tax group.
  • •Lead tax transformation and automation projects across AA teams and external consultants.
  • •Assist with complex tax research to support various tax-savings initiatives.
  • •Lead preparation of the company’s tax provision for publicly-issued financial statements.
  • •Lead preparation of required federal and state income tax returns.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an accounting-related field.
  • •Master’s in Taxation and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.

  • •Extensive tax research experience with a proven record of identifying tax savings opportunities.
  • •Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis and communicate results to senior tax leadership; strong technical, project, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
