Key Responsibilities

•Ensure all technical aspects of product development, maintenance, and rollout are completed on time with risks clearly highlighted to line management.
•Manage own projects and deliver through direct reporting teams, providing guidance where needed.
•Ensure product specifications and internal documentation are in place and approved prior to full production start-up.
•Lead trials from lab to pilot to commercial scale while optimizing processes without compromising product quality.
•Compile, review, and circulate technical reports throughout product lifecycle and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, Polymer Science, Pharmacy, or related technical background; minimum 3 years’ experience in product/process technology in personal or medical devices or pharmaceutical sectors.
•Experience working in lab, pilot, or commercial production environments.
•Knowledge of Durex technologies is advantageous; experience in medical device development/maintenance is a plus.
•Strong written and spoken English communication; excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work under pressure, be self-motivated, and manage tasks with solid planning and organizational capabilities.
