  • •Own the full lifecycle of technical support for assigned optical module customers in Chengdu.
  • •Execute and align local customer strategies with the company’s business and product roadmap.
  • •Drive design-win projects through cross-functional collaboration with Sales and BU teams.
  • •Manage day-to-day technical communications with customer R&D and engineering teams.
  • •Lead on-site technical support for debug, performance optimization, and product qualification.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering (EE), Optical Communication, Optoelectronics, or related engineering majors.
  • •10+ years of progressive experience in the optical communication industry, with a proven record supporting semiconductor optical component business.
  • •Deep expertise in IEEE, CMIS, OIF, and other optical communication standards; knowledge of optical communication systems, including data center and AI network architecture as an advantage.
  • •Proficiency operating optical test instruments such as DCA, scopes, BERT, and Ethernet testers for performance testing, calibration, and fault analysis.
  • •Solid knowledge of optical module software, hardware, and PCB layout design—especially related to DSP—and familiarity with the full optical module development process.
