•Collaborate with stakeholders to align WFM configurations with business rules and compliance needs.
•Conduct incident management and root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
•Balance implementation projects with steady-state support to ensure continuous service delivery.

Key Requirements

•6–10+ years of experience in Workforce Management solutions.
•4+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM (UKG Dimensions / Kronos).
•Strong expertise in timekeeping, scheduling, and labor compliance.
•Experience with complex pay rule and accrual configuration.
•Production support and incident management; experience handling both implementation projects and steady-state support.
