Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain systems powering Intercom’s AI products, primarily in the ML Python stack with some Rails work.
  • •Collaborate with ML Scientists to move proof-of-concept code to production, ensuring robustness and scalability.
  • •Partner with product teams outside the AI group to shape the AI-powered product experience for customers.
  • •Contribute to all phases of software development, including ideation, prototyping, implementation, and testing.
  • •Mentor engineers, participate in hiring, and raise technical standards across the group and Intercom.
