Job Summary

Provide excellent in-person client service in a branch by assisting with account transactions and servicing needs, resolving client issues, and identifying financial wellness opportunities during conversations. Use financial wellness tools to help clients achieve goals, transition customers to a Banker for deeper discussions, and maintain accurate, secure cash handling and compliance with audit and security procedures. Participate in daily branch routines and work on Saturdays as directed.

•Accurately process teller transactions and balance the cash drawer at end of shift.

•Listen for clues to financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a Banker.
•Assist clients with financial goals using financial wellness tools and stay current on product guides, fees, and policies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 23.08 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
•Experience in a client service role (required).
•Experience handling cash (required).
•General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator (required).
•Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures while accurately balancing cash drawers within guidelines.
