Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer the PLM platform end-to-end, including configuration, lifecycle/workflow states, user/licensing, and access controls to maintain availability, performance, and security.
  • •Own item/part master and part-numbering framework within PLM to ensure consistent product data quality, attributes, and revision control.
  • •Configure and govern EBOM/MBOM and engineering change management workflows (ECR/ECN/ECO), including routing, approvals, and auditable business rules.
  • •Own and maintain PLM-to-ERP integration for item, BOM, and change data; monitor sync health and coordinate data-model alignment with the ERP team.
  • •Own CAD data management and integration (CAD-to-PLM check-in/check-out and released-data control), manage upgrades/patches, and maintain documentation/training for adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience administering enterprise systems, PLM, or engineering-data roles, owning a platform domain end-to-end and driving multi-year roadmaps.
  • •4+ years of hands-on experience administering or implementing a PLM platform (Teamcenter, Windchill, Arena, or similar), including build-vs-buy or integration design.
  • •Working knowledge of product-development and manufacturing processes, including BOM management, engineering change control, and item/revision management with EBOM-to-MBOM handoff into ERP.
  • •Ability to connect PLM data to ERP (item master, BOM, and change data) and troubleshoot integration edge cases.
  • •Strong written, verbal, and in-person communication to represent the platform with cross-functional teams and vendors.
