Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess suppliers’ industrial maturity and develop suppliers as needed to ensure on-time, on-quality delivery and ramp-up readiness.
  • •Define and execute tactical plans and improvement roadmaps with procurement, quality, programs, engineering, and manufacturing stakeholders.
  • •Lead transformations and implement improvement plans to stabilize or improve suppliers’ performance.
  • •Build and develop project teams with supplier and Airbus people, and represent Airbus while protecting customers’ interests.
  • •Establish action plans for audits and special processes, and deliver mission outputs such as SDM mission reports, operational reports, risk/opportunity reports, and crisis management support.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 8 years of industrial experience in aeronautics, space, defense, automotive, and/or other relevant industries.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field (technical preferred).
  • •Experience on shop-floor operations and manufacturing process knowledge.
  • •Experience with supply chain management and quality methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma.
  • •Quality management, quality problem solving, and project management experience; Airbus qualified special process auditor is desirable.
