Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end implementation of Structured Finance deals and selected Core Trade products across the GTS product suite.
  • •Provide implementation consultancy to clients and partner with Sales, Operations, Technology, and Services to drive delivery.
  • •Manage project delivery and technical onboarding, including UAT and PVT testing, to complete programme set-up.
  • •Project manage multiple deals/programmes concurrently as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Develop and execute implementation plans, host client meetings, track progress, and identify process gaps to improve delivery and client outcomes.

  • •Knowledge of Core Trade solutions, including Supply Chain Finance and Receivables Finance.
  • •Demonstrated project management experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes end-to-end.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills across Operations, Technology, and Client Service, including senior client stakeholders.
  • •Ability to support complex global corporates and multi-million-dollar programmes.
  • •Understanding of Working Capital Management concepts and Open Account/Supply Chain/Receivables propositions and business models.
