Vendor Coordinator

Coordinate and manage vendor activities on project sites to support timely delivery, installation, inspection, testing, commissioning, and close-out of vendor-supplied equipment and materials. Serve as the primary interface between the EPCM team, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, safety (HSE) requirements, and project schedules, including schedule alignment, reporting, documentation control, and contract/vendor close-out support.
