Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy, manage, and validate high-performance storage within AI Factory Linux-based environments.
  • •Act as the domain expert during customer planning calls through implementation phases.
  • •Create and hand over documentation and conduct knowledge transfers to support customers.
  • •Provide internal feedback via bug reports, workarounds, and improvement suggestions.
  • •Support flawless execution through customer-focused collaboration and resolution of issues as they arise.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years supporting, deploying, and validating hardware and software storage products.
  • •Strong storage concepts and hands-on experience with SDS, NFS, S3, NVMeoF, Lustre, GPFS, and RMDA (RoCEv2/InfiniBand).
  • •Experience with storage benchmarking tools such as FIO, IO500, IOR, HPL, NCCL tests, and MLPerf storage.
  • •Proficiency in Linux administration, performance reporting/optimization/logging, and advanced networking (tuning and monitoring).
  • •BS in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering (or equivalent) plus scripting skills in Bash, Python, and Ansible.
