Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage costing performance of Sourcing Liaison Offices by implementing sourcing costing strategies, policies, processes, systems and standards.
  • •Ensure execution of standard costing processes and lead relevant costing teams and the Tier 1 costing team to achieve target FOB goals within timelines.
  • •Train and support Sourcing Operations teams and Tier 1s on cost drivers and costing frameworks, ensuring accurate and transparent cost sheets.
  • •Collect and analyze product/category data for costing projects and participate as a project member in selected initiatives.
  • •Conduct costing audits with supplier partners, propose improvements, and support compliance and continuous improvement of global costing policies and systems.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree or technical degree in apparel, footwear or manufacturing.
  • •5+ years of experience in the apparel & footwear industry with costing responsibility.
  • •Strong understanding of product construction and manufacturing operations with a focus on product costing and production/costing processes.
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end costing/sourcing processes and country/region/global cost drivers.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken) with strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to work with product data management systems.
