Support the store leadership team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards. Coach and develop associates, oversee daily store operations (opening/closing, floor coverage, task delegation), and support stockroom activities including inventory organization, shipments, and product flow. Help drive sales performance, maintain visual merchandising and inventory integrity, and contribute to inclusive team culture and community initiatives.
