Drive forecasting, replenishment, and inventory planning performance across all Food categories and markets, ensuring consistent standards and data-driven decision making. Partner with Buying, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, Logistics, Technology, and M&S UK to build a best-in-class planning function, optimize availability, waste, and inventory investment, and coach a high-performing planning team.
