Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, mentor, and assess Safety Representative performance and coordinate subcontractor safety representatives on site.
  • •Conduct daily safety walks to identify hazards and document required actions.
  • •Audit Pre-Task Plans (PTPs) and support onboarding of new hires and loan labor/I-team employees.
  • •Perform incident investigations or operational learning events and provide written documentation to EHS and management teams.
  • •Support EHS compliance through recordkeeping, weekly reporting, and representing Applied in inspections, audits, and customer meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Sciences or a related scientific/technical field.
  • •3+ years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety.
  • •Knowledge of environmental and safety principles/regulations and Health Standards.
  • •Ability to communicate authoritatively (orally and in writing) with strong verbal and written skills.
  • •People skills to coach, mentor, and influence others; computer proficiency with MS Office and related software.
