Job Summary

Oversee colocation and hyperscale data center projects from site due diligence and master-planning through detailed design and construction administration. Lead cross-disciplinary design teams spanning architecture, civil/structural, mechanical/electrical, plumbing, security, fire protection, ICT, and BMS/EPMS. Manage resources, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, ensure quality through peer reviews, and develop technical and financial proposals for projects across Canada.

•Develop technical and financial proposals and build trusting client relationships.

•Experience in hyperscale data centers, preferably in the local market.
•Emotional intelligence and situational awareness to adapt communication and respond in diverse situations.
•Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Architecture License.
