Job Function: Energy & Utilities Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer a variety of contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies.
  • •Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budget.
  • •Pro-actively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, and ensure applications are made correctly and timely.
  • •Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage delivery of project deliverables, KPIs and objectives, including programme performance, cost control and value engineering.
  • •Drive improvements in the accuracy of forecasts and budgets

Key Requirements

  • •Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
  • •Ideally hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent
  • •Contract Management (NEC3, Option C or NEC 4 preferred)
  • •Experience of working on Major Programmes and Projects
  • •Experience of working on Infrastructure (Rail, air, marine/ports, utilities highways) or Energy projects (Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Wind or Carbon Capture)
