Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain ownership of production test activities and production test flow, including hands-on troubleshooting of complex electrical issues.
  • •Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream, from system checkouts and acceptance testing to component-level process validation.
  • •Improve and sustain test systems to increase automation, consistency, total cycle time, and test coverage (DfM).
  • •Create test work instructions for technician teams in MES, and train technicians on equipment use as needed.
  • •Determine root cause of product failures, recommend corrective actions (RCCA), analyze test data, document results, and support customer returns and failure analysis with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of relevant industry experience focused on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
  • •Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
  • •Experience testing PCBA/electronic assemblies with contract manufacturers, including PCBA testing standards and methods.
  • •Knowledge of electronics test equipment and strong root cause analysis skills for non-conforming hardware.
