Key Responsibilities

  • •Support process and chemical engineering deliverables for water and wastewater projects, including process flow diagrams and mass balance calculations.
  • •Complete process engineering calculations such as sizing of unit operations and meeting design constraints.
  • •Contribute to feasibility and optioneering studies, and perform asset surveys/site visits when required.
  • •Assist in HAZOP-related activities as technical secretary/scribe and develop interest in functional safety methods.
  • •Prepare technical documents/drawings to standards and deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Working towards Chartered Engineer status with IChemE or CIWEM.
  • •Degree educated (MEng or MSc) in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Excellent report writing, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • •Analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail and creative thinking.
  • •Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Teams (AutoCAD/Revit desirable).
