Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust backend systems and services.
•Manage and mentor a team of 4 developers, providing technical direction, support, and performance feedback.
•Collaborate with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and the Digital Transformation team to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
•Optimize application performance for responsiveness and scalability, integrating third-party APIs and developing RESTful services.
•Implement database and code security to prevent cyber threats, conduct code reviews, and participate in architecture design for digital products.

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (master’s preferred).
•5–7 years of backend development experience.
•Proficiency with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby on Rails.
•Experience with databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, plus strong API design for RESTful services and GraphQL.
•Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and security best practices (encryption, authentication, access control), including preventing vulnerabilities like SQL injection.
