Job Summary

Join Intel Ocotillo Failure Analysis lab as a Night Shift technician supporting high-volume manufacturing of advanced technology nodes. You will operate lab instruments (FIB/PFIB/SEM, sputter coaters, spin coaters, TEM sample prep), follow schematics and plans for sample fabrication, participate in safety and process transfer, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to contribute to quality and reliability of semiconductor devices.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Operate lab instruments to support high-volume manufacturing of advanced technology nodes, including handling silicon wafers/pieces, sputter coaters, spin coaters, Dual Beam FIB/PFIB for sample prep, and SEM imaging for material analysis.
•Work from schematics, diagrams, layouts, or plans to perform moderately complex sample fabrication procedures.
•Participate in safety forums, lab sustaining and development, process transfer, tool ownership, and cross-training on other techniques.
•Willing to work a compressed 12-hour night shift.
•Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lb and stand/walk for long periods.
