Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate lab instruments to support high-volume manufacturing of advanced technology nodes, including hands-on handling of silicon wafer pieces.
  • •Operate sputter and spin coaters for sample pre-treatment.
  • •Operate Dual Beam FIB/PFIB to perform site-specific cross-sectioning and prepare TEM samples, including site marking, protective material deposition, de-layering, imaging, and lamella preparation.
  • •Operate SEM for imaging and materials analysis using provided schematics, diagrams, and written/verbal descriptions.
  • •Participate in safety forums, lab sustaining and development, process transfer, tool ownership, BKM development, cross-training, and work required compressed 12-hour shifts.
