Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineering managers and software engineers across a globally distributed organization (40–50 engineers spanning multiple time zones). Develop and execute the strategic vision for Product Engineering in alignment with company goals — balancing investment in existing products, platform migration, and new product development.
•Own the health and performance of SecurityScorecard's existing product suite, ensuring customers are well-served while the organization simultaneously builds for the future.
•Drive the migration of existing products onto the Titan platform, managing the complexity and risk of large-scale V1-to-V2 transitions while maintaining operational stability and customer satisfaction.
•Partner with Product and Design to build new features and products on the Titan platform, balancing sustain and build priorities across engineering squads.
•Oversee data engineering, including modernization of our Scala/Spark-based infrastructure to support both current and next-generation platform needs.
