Assembler 1

Set up and operate a machine to assemble and process individual products on the 1st shift under close supervision. Handle small, delicate components with high accuracy using hand tools, soldering equipment, and machinery. Follow documented sequences of operations, accurately record daily production metrics, and participate as a team member in process and skills improvement while demonstrating Philips Behaviors.
