Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies and identify market opportunities and growth initiatives.
•Expand geo-tagged outlet coverage to improve execution traceability and institutionalize geo-tagging as a sales hygiene metric.
•Partner with IT&D to implement Sales Force Automation (SFA) and ensure compliance through daily PJP adherence governance.
•Use PJP and execution insights to identify inefficiencies (route overlaps and execution leakage) and drive corrective action.
•Develop merchandising manpower deployment strategies and partner with Sales, Merchandising, and Trade Marketing on retail performance standards and point-of-purchase execution.
