Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain direct maintenance cost models for all P&WC engine families used in business cases, customer offerings, parts planning, and product improvements.
  • •Analyze in-service data to forecast parts replacements and their costs across the product life cycle.
  • •Review technical and commercial documents to gather inputs on engine maintenance requirements.
  • •Monitor and evaluate durability, reparability, and component pricing to help ensure maintenance cost targets are met over the engine life cycle.
  • •Prepare and submit required documentation for aftermarket reviews and identify cost reduction and gross margin improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong engine and MRO knowledge, plus engine maintenance and field experience.
  • •Comfort analyzing large datasets and using internal databases to forecast parts replacements and costs.
  • •Basic understanding of computer programming and an interest in financial concepts.
  • •Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and project management skills; bilingual French/English is an asset.
