Job Summary

Create and maintain direct maintenance cost models for all P&WC engine families to support new engine business cases, customer offerings, parts planning, and product improvements. Analyze in-service datasets to forecast parts replacements and costs across the product life cycle, assess component durability and replacement drivers, and recommend optimizations. Collaborate with engineering and commercial teams, prepare documentation for aftermarket reviews, and support cost reduction initiatives to improve gross margin.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and maintain direct maintenance cost models for all P&WC engine families used in business cases, customer offerings, parts planning, and product improvements.
•Analyze in-service data to forecast parts replacements and their costs across the product life cycle.
•Review technical and commercial documents to gather inputs on engine maintenance requirements.
•Monitor and evaluate durability, reparability, and component pricing to help ensure maintenance cost targets are met over the engine life cycle.
•Prepare and submit required documentation for aftermarket reviews and identify cost reduction and gross margin improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
•Strong engine and MRO knowledge, plus engine maintenance and field experience.
•Comfort analyzing large datasets and using internal databases to forecast parts replacements and costs.
•Basic understanding of computer programming and an interest in financial concepts.
•Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and project management skills; bilingual French/English is an asset.
