Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the asset inventory database and ensure building operational data, including leasable area and fit-out changes, is accurate and validated.
  • •Manage inventory and property unit classifications, including existing category changes, new unit creation, building takeovers, and updated as-built drawings.
  • •Oversee CAD and ensure FM services have accurate engineering drawings, standards, and specifications; ensure timely CRM system data input and reporting.
  • •Conduct site visits and coordinate surveyors and DDA for stamped drawings to validate property unit areas; review/approve CRM requests for takeover/handover.
  • •Compile monthly utility consumption and dashboards, identify worst-performing utility accounts with resolution plans, and manage utility budgeting and function leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering Diploma with experience handling real estate assets, inventory, and utility management.
  • •4–6 years of facilities management-related experience.
  • •Good interpersonal skills to communicate with supply chain stakeholders, clients, and authorities.
  • •Working knowledge of utility management and facilities/leasing/building services management.
  • •Good written and spoken English; AutoCAD experience is an advantage.
