Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform hands-on installation, maintenance, and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.

  • •Assemble, arrange, and move furniture and equipment for new area buildouts or moves.
  • •Open, track, and resolve electronic work tickets for requests and projects.
  • •Work with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services, while following safety protocols and procedures.

Key Requirements
