Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Focus on cross-selling and engage in outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events.
•Support teller transaction processing and partner with assigned business partners (mortgage, small business, commercial, investment) to refer customers appropriately.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Demonstrated ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through NMLS.
