Own the end-to-end IT&D Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) capability using TBM frameworks and tooling to deliver cost transparency and value-based decisions. Develop and maintain full application TCO models, dashboards, and reporting (e.g., Power BI, Apptio BI), manage TBM tooling and integrations with systems like SAP and ServiceNow, and lead showback/chargeback conversations with business stakeholders to drive rationalisation and cost-saving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, deploy, and own the end-to-end TCO model for the application portfolio across infrastructure, licensing, support, development, and run costs.
•Define and implement cost allocation methodologies aligned to the TBM taxonomy.
•Produce App TCO dashboards and reports to communicate true cost and value to business units and technology leaders.
•Lead deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of TBM tooling, including IBM Apptio Costing or equivalent platforms.
•Act as the primary system owner for TBM tooling, managing integrations (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow) and driving showback/chargeback with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in IT Finance, TBM, or a closely related discipline within a complex, multinational organisation.

•Ability to build and maintain application TCO models with direct and indirect cost allocation.
•Experience integrating TBM tools with financial systems and IT management platforms (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow).
